It will go nowhere, so why worry about it. He has to come up with a safe way of mounting the plate to every single bike ever manufactured. Not to mention none of the bikes were designed to have a front plate. There is pedestrian impact safety testing, rider impact injury reports, the list goes on and none of it they can provide information for nor a sure-fire way of mounting it to every single bike ever made that has rego on it. So the very first rider who goes down with a plate on the front just has to claim an injury caused by the front plate and sue them for every cent they earned from their "safety" camera campaign.

Just ride, and think more about not getting cleaned up by some nitwit driving 20 under the limit, than any of their bullcrap.
