Forgot to add, don’t compromise on safety – having the lightest ZXR in the world is pretty cool, but ‘Died in the unthinking pursuit of extreme weight reduction’ wouldn’t be a good look on your headstone.

My view is that each time you replace a part, consider the consequences if the replacement part fails – if it simply means the bike will stop running it’s one thing, but if it’ll cause a major crash and a life-threatening situation, then re-consider the quality of replacement.

I’m sure you’re already all over this, but it never hurts to repeat this kind of stuff.

Pazzo levers, brake lines and brake pads have all arrived, got a few bits to collect from the post office on Monday then all we're missing is the suspension and fairings to get it rolling!

I hope those Pazzo levers are lighter than the OEM parts, or you'd better have a good reason for fitting them ! :D

More adjustment and prefer them to standard!

Just received my rearsets, banjo bolts and exhaust bracket so it's coming together!

Wasn't "that" bad but thought about it and since almost everything else has been changed or updated I thought its a shame to ignore the chain so ordered a new one today and should receive it before the weekend so it'll be fitted before Monday!

Gonna get my begging bowl out for a lens of Phil's chain tool!

Do you still need it? I'll see Tim over the weekend (it lives in his garage) and give it to you Monday if you do ;)
