Legalish Tail Tidy - z750

Post by barbz »

Hi all,

I have picked up a z750 and want to tidy up the rear end.

Is there a tail tidy that is closer to legal than this? or is there a way to make it (t piece with a reflector)?

Actually wondering if its worth buying a hugger and using it to mould my own longer that will cover most of the wheel.

Thanks
Paul

45deg from the axle with a reflector, white light is the rule so anything apart from that is illegal. If your gunna break the rules do it in style 8)

Seriously mine is still illegal but it think it looks semi factory which maybe why i have not been booked YET :kuda:

You could do something like a RG1200S but i don't know if its legal that low

Can some z750 owners post some pics of theirs with a note on what brand they use?

Well, its filthy and far from legal, however i used to have the numberplate light on it but it kept blowing bulbs so took it off and raised the plate.

I have never been pulled up with it, yet ;)

I also rarely ride on weekends when more coppers are about.

If your half handy this would be very easy to make out of ally sheet.
