Has anyone used them and have positive / negative feedback. They seem to be a sort of sub-site of the US site - http://www.morepowerracing.com/ with shipping quotes. Prices are still in US$ rather than A$.

It's the same thing. Just use http://www.morepowerracing.com. I bought my Vance & Hines CS-One Black Slip On exhaust from them about 12 months ago with no problems.
