I did the "comfort bars" to my gsxr 750. The big difference is teaching yourself to really get forward and get some weight over the front.

Wattie don't let Glen from Allfixed near your bike. He does a lot of work on my bike said how do you keep the front wheel down

I've raised the handlebars on my 10 by 2 & 1/2 inches for the CDT ride. If that doesn't work for me I might have to check out the bars on your bike Wattie.

Just pull the forks up through the triples by about 2-3mm and that should sort the weight issue over the front wheel... I'm glad you're a convert :kuda:

Nah, it needs more help than that.
When I chuck the ttx from gumby in there with the stiffer spring it's will push the rear back close to where it should be.

Thanks Watt, your a tops bloke too 8)

When you're sitting upright you realise how hard the back is eh? One of the things I didn't like was the occasional crunching of my spine as you go over a bump with your body upright.
It's really all about standing around drinking Dave's beer.

I reckon the back is too soft. And almost bottoms out. Which is why it smashes your back
