Re: Stiff
Thanks all for the advice and suggestions. The day after the Chiro I had a tight pain in the other side of my neck when I turned my head, so cancelled the second appointment.
I had an awesome Chiro in Ballarat who did the xrays once and developed a realistic management plan. Walking out you felt like a million dollars which encouraged better posture. In conjunction I went frequently to a deep tissue sports masseuse. She was amazing.
There are a few suggestions here I’m certainly going to look into. Reflexology and remedial massage combo is booked for Wednesday during my lunch break
I tried 1hr of Hot Rocks tonight. OMG
didn’t do too much for my lower back, but talk about a destresser, certainly softened my shoulders. Be interesting to see how I sleep tonight.
A holistic approach is the plan. I i'll keep trying until i find a technique or combinations of techniques that suit me. In the mean time, getting active and loosing a few kgs is also the plan.
Thanks

Cheers, yeah my dad was the same, ever since i could remember her was going to a chiro because his back was wrecked from working a backhow for 20 something yrs.. at one time he thought about giving up the bikeKawawog wrote: He wants to see your large boobs in that white shirt again, its pretty obviousAs said in previous posts, chiro's can really screw you over and get you coming back week after week.. I seen this happen to my father for years, until he woke up and found someone decent who got results within a few sessions..

OMG I knew I was in trouble when i shook her hand
She sat me down. I will fix what needs to be fixed. And she did.
Feeling pretty awesome after deep tissue and reflexology – wont say it didn’t hurt
She said your neck and shoulders tells me you are very stressed - what work do you do?
After I told her, she prayed for me.
I’m not religious, but her words were very kind
