Where can I fix this damage?

As I got out of my house this morning, saw this damage to my car (it was parked on the street).
Some douche bag did this to my car and did not leave his/her details.

Does anyone recommend a good mechanic/dealer in Melbourne who can fix this damage at a reasonable price? The car is a 2007 Honda Civic Sedan. Anyone know what sort of money this thing will cost to replace? Thanks

Your cheapest option will be to go to a wrecker and buy a new mirror and fit it yourself. If you go to honda, our a mechanic you will be paying a small fortune.
