Sorry to hear, i hope that they are able to pull through alright. A month before a wedding is a nasty addition too. I hope that they mend quickly and are able to attend the ceremony.

Spoke with my workmate last night and he said that on the way home from work that morning he went past there on the other side of the road as they waited for the chopper. He also mentioned he saw that the car was in a horrible state and they had to cut the roof off to get the occupants out, and that they were looking in a very serious way indeed. Here's hoping that if the person that did the poor lane change realises they caused it, they have a bout of honesty and come forward and admit they stuffed up.

Let me say this... the Police will put all of their effort into locating the other driver. I don't know the Police involved, but trust me, it's what they do. Cutting kids out of cars is far from fun and motivation enough to speak to those concerned. However, that's hardly the point. The point is that they pull through this and come out the other side in good health. Here's hoping.

very sad to hear, unbelievable that no one saw what happened directly in peak hour traffic, i guess it just shows how many people don't pay attention to their surrounding while driving...

Thanks for the messages ppl. Doesn't really matter to me one way or the other if the driver is identified, the damage is done.

It sucks to have people you love in pain. I'm sorry you have to go through this again.
