This is going to be fun for me if it actually holds true, as well as dealing with the RTA and many other agencies as a customer, I also work for a place that has the RTA and a number of other NSW govt departments as customers. From a backend perspective this is going to be hell as you would be simply amazed at how overly complex their systems are.
