Thats because Alot of brands only use 2 outer shell sizes and need the variance in check pad sizes to adjust the fit. Alot of the better brands will actually have 3-4 shell sizes therefore minimizing the need to change cheek pad sizes
Dont think he really cares, seems more worried about the rossi colour scheme. lol

Nelso wrote:Most of the newer helmets are slightly different in shape to the older models so you are better off going somewhere with a huge range and trying them all on again to see which brand fits best. My last 3 helmets were the same brand (Shoe) but have been different to each other with the last one being the best fit, but it ended up being a size smaller than the first 2. Both AGV and Arai fitted me much better than past designs as well. Apparently they have all been measuring heads to make the helmet fit as many shaped heads as possible to increase their market share. If you have had your current helmet for a few years, avoid buying a new lid without trying them on first.
Arai havn't changed their fit since 1988 brother! I still have my original Arai Omni and apart from a little padding out over 22 years, it fits exactly the same way as ALL my Arais have including the new one I just bought recently?????????? EVERY Arai on the market today is the same fit for me...XS. For me an Arai fits like a finger in a bum!

There are really only two questions in life. 1.Which way do i go? 2.What is the lap record?

Be like some of my lebo mates on thier custom harleys. Step 1. Where Everlast sandlas. Step 2. Make sure your wearing white nike socks with those everlast sandals. Step 3. Buy an XXXXS helmet open face and remove all foam and padding to fit your head. Step 3. cover yourself in tatts that dont match cause your fully sic habib of a cuz knew a bloke who knew a bloke who ended up being your second cousin made a home made tatt gun out of materials that Mcguvar would make a bomb out of. Step 4. ensure you pull that mean looking face you have been practicing infront of the mirror while riding. Step 5. you sure you got those sandals on habib?

Step 6. Make sure when you hope off your bike you walk bow legged one hand on your dick nose in the air and kinda looking like you been riding for yrs and yrs, but we all know that you woke up a few days ago with a hang over (damn those strawberry flavoured vodka cruises) in a small laneway just off oxford street newtown (yeah you know the one that is near the middle eastern distributor) with a hand full of dollars and a sore arse.
