These pricks should all be strung up. It's an unfortunate fact that a slap on the wrist and a weak as piss sentence will be more than likely handed out.

Not only do my condolences go out to the family of the innocent driver but also to you and your family Ian. You've been caught up in this at zero fault of your own. Hope your ok mate

No, Tim... I havent heard anything more from the police and I can only think that my bike is long gone by now. I would suggest that the authorities will be in touch this week for statements and all of the rest.

Again, big thanks to everyone for all of the messages offering help and support.

Damn

Condolences to the family involved with the death of the loved one. Especially bad to have that happen at this time of year, not that any time of year is a good time to loose a loved one. :(

And dont give up , I got my bike back three months after I reported it stolen. The cops found it a week after I reported it and never contacted me. Then had a $2500 towing company storage fee, Then I really craked the shits farking low life's the lot of em. I thretend legal action & ended up just paying a $150 towing fee

I stumbled across this thread while searching for 'fender eliminators'.

I'm really sorry to hear about the theft Ian. I had a breakin not long ago and the bastards took 5 years worth of photos which were on a memory card in a laptop. (So they took the backup too). Not to mention my PS3, another laptop, cameras, etc, etc.

I hope you get your baby back in once piece.
Needs more CCs between his legs.

Out of something bad comes something good...

Now that all the BS from the theft has been dealt with and also with kind permission from the wife, yesterday I picked up my replacement Z1000... A twin brother of the stolen item. Good to be back on the road again and it only took a short time to realise why I bought the same bike again.
