No I haven't but based on what I have heard on how they treat hoons (anyone who breaks the law must be a hoon. Definition taken from the government dictionary), I would recommend you or the person who did this to start using a suppository to expand your/ their orifice or at the very least bulk buy some ky as they are going to ream you/ them.

I have seen a few dealt with at the magi's. Obviously that offence shows a disregard for the road rules and is dealt with accordingly in most cases. Large fines at least or if you have a history of driving unlicenced it could end up going the other extreme being gaol time. Maybe the result would be a suspended sentance where you have to behaive yourself during the allocated time otherwise you'll be put inside.
There are heaps of variables that are too numerous to mention and your driving offence history will be taken into account.

Driving whilst suspended/disqualified also counts as a hoon offence and can result in impoundment of your vehicle after a guilty ruling by the magistrate (if the police informant has applied for it OR if it hasn't been done by the police already).

Always seek legal advice and representation before going to court for any offence. Otherwise you look like a tool and you will have no idea what is going on. I've seen people go to court with an image in their head that if they go in and apologise and say how good they are or try to explain why they did it to the magi that they'll get let off or at least they'll get only a minor smack. It doesn't work that way, and they get up and end up looking stupid. Speak to lawyer and they'll give you (hopefully) the best advice.
I plan on living forever..............so far so good!!

lol my barrister as it turns out, case heard yesterday but deferred hearing to another magistrates due to the "reaming" from successive sentances for this type of offence so expecting something in the order of $1000 plus extra 1 month minmum suspension, been a steep learning curve on traffic law and what not to say at the time, glad i'm on nsw license though

If you get away with what you think above you'll have done real well I reckon.. personally I will be surprised if your suspension isn't increased by another 6 months at the least.
A good mate will bail you out of jail, a true mate will be sitting in the cell next to you saying "Damn, we fucked up!!!"

Maybe when you get there take your bike to a mate's house while you don't have a licence?

vic rego on bike and ute might as well take them both of the road if it's in the vicinity of six months, only going off the barrister advice and experience though for the 1 month which I kind of doubt, should have known coppers would have been on the last stretch of the monaro going into NSW day after motogp.

Sounds familiar  but take note that any extra will extend the suspension , the court suspension will run from the the Magistrates judgement , and a VicRoads suspension will be put on hold until the court suspension is finished .
Dunno if it will work the same for another state's suspension .
