Well after all that I tried turning it for 20 minutes thismorning and it kicked .. I suspect it was flooded, gave it no choke, opened the throttle and tried turning it over before it finally kicked in ..

Of course this happened once I removed all my side fairings ... heres an inside shot for those that are curious, looks good, and looks like I need a fluid top up

Does the Ninja have a vacuum fuel tap with a 'PRIME' position? If it does try starting on 'PRIME'. :)

Certainly does rob, I'm heading right over for a fresh tank of BP Ultimate, if it happens again I may just siphon the tank, drain the carby floats and cross my fingers ..

Bonester, it does have a fuel tap under the fairings as I've discovered, will keep this in mind if it happens again.

Also, theres a nail in my rear tire .. good morning :?

na laughing is allowed lol .. it's just one of those 'you've got to be kidding me' chain of events

I'm thinking of using it an an excuse to upgrade the rear tire to a 140/70 radial, anyone got thoughts :)?

Don't feel too bad, recently I bought a new front and rear tire then a week later the rear was flat because there was a big fuck off screw in it. There goes another 65 bucks to get that plugged... :x

cheers mate, suggestions were appreciated :)

Shiiiit thats rough, yeah I might just go ahead and plug this one .. its a battlax bt45 with 3.5k on it, still scrubbing in the edges so it's tough to justify a new one just yet

Trust me, I've just put Pirelli Sport Demons on mine and OMG i'd encourage ANYONE with the stock tyres on these things to change ASAP! You'll wonder how you managed in the wet before, especially for being on your L's! Glad t hear you got it going though! :)
