Sorry... fell off this wagon couple weeks ago... forgot to check :lol:

Ive lost 2kg since i last checked... not bad :D

another week.. Ho Humm....

I'm still Losing at a nice healthy rate..including throwing in sinful foods during the week..... But mainly loving the fact that my cardio stamina is getting better! :D

103 This week . ... -1kg from last week . . :D
2004 ZRX1200R
And on the seventh day Richo ended his work which he had made. Decided resting was for soft cox, straddled the REX and headed up the old road.
And it was good

you saying that people who are above 100kg ride rexs???

or

Only people who lose weight ride rexs?

or is there a third meaning i have not gotten?
