IPhone Cam

Post by Mikey84 »

i had this wierd idea today about strapping my Iphone to my GPS bar mount with zip ties to see if i could get some cam footage  :?
i just recently bought a otterbox for my phone (for anyone who doesnt know what an otterbox is heres a pic)

with the silicon and hard plastic case it was able to be secured with plenty of grip :D
i went for a spin tonight to to see how it would go, and heres the footage

I had to lighten it up abit(a fair bit :? )
and was shooting through a tinted screen, but other than that i think it worked pretty well :kuda:
im gonna take the DB screen off tomorrow and put the stocky clear one back on and try again in the daylight and see how i go :kuda:

Those wobbles are like you're riding through water! :D
Not bad for a shitty iphone cam.
I've got a bike mount for my N97, but haven't tried it yet. It'll get a test at Marulan if I don't manage one before then ;)
If you have no fear, you're not going fast enough.
Never argue with an idiot. He'll drag you down to his level, then beat you with experience.
