Fukme, revival gota love some one being bored shiteless, moved to vic from qld and same no one rides with anyone really, so I move back to qld and not a peep, should have taken that job in the middle :)

New tires because of more tread have a slightly greater diameter than worn tires hence giving you, (in effect) a higher gear ratio. Meaning the engine is turning slower RPM's for any given speed. I'm sure all you geniuses will come up with comments about the way I worded this but F-off I'm 3 sheets to the wind.

I bet you went from sports to touring tires. I've normally found that touring tires have stiffer side walls making the ride bumpier and sports tires generally give you a softer ride and greater feedback of what the tire is doing on the road.

Have you checked your pressures......? Looks like you have a flat spot aswell ;)
