I managed to dip below 90KG earlier in the week :D suspect some takeaway nom nom has broughtit back up tho :oops:

I know the feeling, though I wouldn't say I'm doing 'everything' right ;)
But stagnating for around 6 months in frustrating.

Its' all those nicorette lollies... they're full of sugar(probably not) .. and i did but on 6 kilos when i stopped smoking.. so you should have expected *some* gain...

I have a feeling everyone is going onto dry july...... as i know i havn't had a drop of the good stuff in weeks :roll:
