Too late to join up?

I havnt weighed myself for over 3 years now  so will dust off the scales tonight and see what horror it comes up with.

Now that the fags have been ditched, I have to watch the food side of things ... as it all tastes so much better now .. .mmmmmm .

The pushy will be coming out of retirement .. going to start slowly then build up to where I was a few years ago .... hopefully :?
2004 ZRX1200R
And on the seventh day Richo ended his work which he had made. Decided resting was for soft cox, straddled the REX and headed up the old road.
And it was good

Thanks to a screwed back I am having trouble with the excercise part of the program. I've been off the pushy for a couple of weeks and I can't go near the weights. Saturday's Chiro results were not promising...

Left over from a highside 10 years ago, I have two compressed vertebrae which are showing signs of wear. These are causing lots of pain, inflamationa and restricted movement. My next stage is going to be slowly improve my core muscles, but I don't know what level of recovers is expected

If you have no fear, you're not going fast enough.
Never argue with an idiot. He'll drag you down to his level, then beat you with experience.

Don't have the flexibility at the moment. Am working on basic stretching and regular ice packs at the mo. Started a few minutes of abdominal and core excercises yesterday, but nothing to serious.

Haven't weighed in for a while. Too many injuries ruining my fitness plan. I'd guesstimate about 93kg tho.
