Not sure if it applies across other states but here in Vic if you lose all your points you get offered a 3 month suspension or a 12 month bond, whereby you need to ride/drive for 12 months without losing a point, damn near impossible in the "Speed Camera State", I got lucky with my 12 month bond, had a copper let me off 3 points (124 in a 100 zone), palmed one camera point off on my brother and challenged the last point only for Vic Roads to withdraw the ticket before it went to court so yet to suffer the dreaded suspension and now have 12 points again

yeah cant wait!!! washed the bike on the weekend to make it nice and shiney for when i get it back!!!
yeah it is hard to keep the bond, which i didn't survive so i copped the suspension ....this time i have a car too so that i dont have to ride every day and clock up the k's on the bike

Yeah Mick its the same up here but only for accumulation of points ..... it you cop an excesscive speed fine its auotmatic loss & no probation... you have to do the time

Yeah same deal here, hence always be no more than 24kmh over if you get caught of course..
