After taking the bike for a spin up the mountain a few week's ago I have a new found respect for these guy's.....To drive a car around there that fast is truly amazing....I still cand believe they used to do it on bikes :shock: ....

Oh and GO FORD :kuda:

Drove around there in a Corolla on my L's :) Was pretty cool and you dont appreciate how steep the decent is until your there! Should head up on the bike over Summer :twisted:

saw Hansford and co do Bathurst in the 80s (83 the last Easter meet??...Gos will know)

to watch a bloke on a green bike come off the last hump (not there now, part of The Chase) at oh... around 300
and fly 50-80 metres before touchdown was ....fantastic, incredible, amazing :kuda:

yep done it on the bike and I agree with Disco. To go that quick over the top of the mountain is pretty ballsy :shock:
