to buy a K6 1000 or 04 Crim
Hey guys,
Bit of a dud question to chuck up here, i've found 2 bikes potentially interested in purchasing, found an Orange 04 Crim with 38k's on the clock which has a can and thats about it, its pretty tidy and he wants 8100, he is local.
Other option is a GSXR K6 1000 , with a can also, similar km's. Both are in really good cond.
I am a one eyed Kawasaki loyal fan, but i've heard heaps of good stuff about the k6 1000. What are they like compared to the crim? Although one eyed, i'm open to anything! Also both of them seem quite eager to sell, so i reckon i could knock more off the price of either! Guy with the GSXR said he had a guy offer him 7000 and he would have taken it but that feel through! So i dunno wat the go is and why he wants to get rid of the k6 so cheap, but i've checked it out and its come back sweet! Rego is fine, not a write off and the condition of the bike seems genuine
Guy with the crim isn't so easy to get the price down on but i reckon its still cheap and still very good condition
I know its a bit silly putting that question up here, but might get a reasonable answer! I just want to know peoples oppions and if that model GSXR is good or wat ? I dont know much about them!
Cheers guy for ya help!

yep ridin a K4, K5, K7 and K8. the newer you go the less aggressive you get.
Crim seems more towie off the mark than the K5.

yeah that pretty much sums it up when you ride it against the crim. The suspesion on the Gixxer is a bit softer standard which turned me off at first also.

haha, i remember the first ride on a crim, how boneshattering hard it was, but got used to it and it was sweeet!Blurr wrote:yeah that pretty much sums it up when you ride it against the crim. The suspesion on the Gixxer is a bit softer standard which turned me off at first also.
Well i can see myself getting quite bored of the gsxr then, i loved the raw agressive power of the crim so i think that sums it up for me! Hopefully get a 2nd crim soon

It won't matter, you'll probably sell it in a couple of months and buy another one again.
