Last West Coast trip I did we went over the Haast to the west coast, camped a couple of days at lake Paringa, up the coast, through the Buller, then north to Nelson. Brilliant trip.
I used to live in Putaruru, but I didnt have a bike when I was 12 ... by the time I got a bike I was living in Auckland.... good riding around there...
