With Kawasaki leaving, that is a heap of fans MotoGP will lose, can they afford to lose them..

Don't know if it's true but someone told me that Kawi could run a World Superbike Team on Hopper's salary!

It was on soup ! Steph, Aparently they could run a WSB team for half a season on Hopper salary alone. Still when you look at it another way, they were spending alot of money to "just make up the numbers" really.

I say put Hopper and Melandri on superbikes, atleast gives them something to do for the year

I agree Phil. I guess we'll hear more soon. If they have to buy the contracted crew out of their contracts, they could make better use of the money to run them in WSB.
