BikeBiz Clarification

Post by Booga »

Hello KSRC members
I am taking this opportunity to clarify what is undoubtedly not only a misunderstanding but also a misrepresentation of Bikebiz regarding a statement posted on site 3.6.08.
Tinmans comments have not only totally misrepresented the manner in which Bikebiz Kawasaki & Triumph (Yamaha, Aprilia,Hyosung, Sachs) operate but have additionally encouraged other KSRC members to unfairly support this negativity.
Thien I acknowledge your thoughts and subsequent comments made regarding your experience with Bikebiz and again reiterate the above. So I will clarify for the benefit of yourself and respected members that Bikebiz operate with a Sales protocol as all good businesses do. This has placed Bikebiz as a well respected and successful business in the motorcycle industry for the past 20 years.
Of the statement itself, Tim is stating we would not discuss price before he had left a deposit. This is not only incorrect but not within the guidelines of our sales protocol.
Having personally been involved in the conversation there were other issues raised by Thien, that I believe incorrect and don’t accurately reflect the situation at the time. However on a professional level I do not wish to get involved in any “I said, he said” angle of attack. This again is simply an open forum for me to attempt to place clarity around a very clear misunderstanding.
We are a family owned and operated business that pride ourselves on not only our sales and service but our reputation earned through many years of personal service and our attention to respected customers.
In view of the above, Thien I congratulate you on your purchase and I extend an open invitation for you to feel welcome at any time to come and have a chat with me personally whether it be to clear this matter up or to create a more positive customer experience for the future.

so what your saying is that he was mistaken?

nice of you to take 5 minutes out of your very busy schedule and clear the air.

As your would already know, this website offering free advertising does not consume valuble $$$ to get a point across, and will reap many rewards for you and your Family business.

be sure to hang around, i'm quite positive there will be many owners and potential owners on here who would like to do business with you. 8)

Hi Peter,

As one who partook in the criticism of the reported sales process, I'd actually love to hear how it should have gone according to your sales protocol. Whilst Thien may have mis-represented the process (presumably not maliciously, I don't think the bloke has a malicious bone in his body) I think the least we deserve is an explanation of the correct process according to your protocol.

I 100% agree with what Dave said and I would also like to hear an explanation of the correct sale process, according to your protocol.

From memory there was only ever gospels from Matthew, Mark Luke and John, there was no gospel according to Peter, so how can he preach it? :P
