Riding to Lithgow t'moro @ 10:30 from K'jong Hts pub. Anyone fancy a V. Slow ride?
I've spent over 40 years of my life riding bikes .... the rest of it, I wasted ..

UPDATE! Speed limit changes dropped by RTA until "consultation" with local BLoRd. committee. Reading between lines changes will most likely be re-instated after "consultation"! Am I a cynic ?

I've only ridden it once, it was foggy as hell and pissing down and I was still 60k over the limit a lot of the time. This will just make cars easier to pass, and make the fines a teensy bit bigger if you're done.
