And who can blame them for being pricks with all the dickheads on the roads these days? People can't save themselves, so someone has to baby sit them.

Good on the coppers for harrassing people. Keeps them inline.

i can't speak for everyone but 90% of the time i get pull over i haven't done anything wrong. random check, bullshit.

i've owned a few cars and the ones that shouldn't be on the road condition wise, i get no problems. cars i look after and make sure their right, normally get pulled over once a fortnight.

That's terrible! Poor kid...no wonder cops get a bad rep amongst us!

Forgive quickly,
Kiss slowly,
Love truely,
Laugh uncontrollably,
And NEVER regret anything that made you smile.'

They still have it.... it's the discretion to book whoever they want. And they should. There's a time and place for kids to ride bikes, and public roads and driveways where cars are backing out aren't the place!!

 - I guess Kalgoorlie is a pretty small place, once the local bronze have a handle on your normal activities/car/bike etc, it would be difficult to avoid them....

It's a road related area and covered under the legislation.

By the way, how old is this kid? Kids under 16 can't get fines.
