I don't understand how the vehicle has come to face the direction it's in given the entry point but yeah, clean pair of jocks and he can drive again, very lucky..

i'd say that he was coming from the right of screen to the left, had the front of his car catch the guard railing, and flip at least once front to back, god knows how many barrel rolls he did in the air.

another thing to note is the chassis of the car is twisted, look at the tray f'rinstance.
