Bike Handles

Post by Nanna10r »

Ok since we have the officiall rights to the Kawasaki logo I think it's our resposibility to continue the Aussie tradition of Nicknaming the new models.

This has come to the for by the fact that the 06 ZX10R is so different to its predecessor the 04-05 ZX10R "Crim"

So lets get the ball started by having some suggestions for the New Tag for the 06 10r.

Winners will get a prize to be awarded at the 06 MotoGP
"Nan & Pop Racing"
Poppy Hops on .... CBR150 (Superlite) CBR954 "Blade"
Nanna Naps on .... MoriWAKI NSR85 (Motolite) ZX10R "Crim"
We may ride like Old Can'ts, But Phuk we look DOOG !!!!!!

06 ZX14 - "Millenium Falcon" (or Falcon for short)cause even though it's bloody fast, it's not much to look at... :?

Ummm maybe cause this is a thread for the new 10 Smitty :? If you want to start naming land barges, we could start with the 12 then work up to the 14

Anyway back to normal transmissions...

How about "The Mario" - Small, ugly, but (so I'm told) easier to ride.

I votes for Daves ZX14 Falcon as it keeps the B'bird, Busa thing going too, but put in the late entry of "Carp Diem".
1 for the latin meaning, 2 because it looks like a carp from the front, and 3 you go too fast, you gonna die...mmmmm OK? new_rofl.gif

Oh and the 12 already HAS nickname, way back before the new Kwaka ads were thought of they were always called Missles... :finga:
