yep mainly when we go for a long ride, i find it helps me concentrate.
i find i tune it out when i need to concentrate.

i'll usually have a DJ mix playing.

fav at the moment is the latest pharmacy album - "EDIT: down with the sickness" (we are the roughest was the last one), mixed by hellraiser and proteus.

also love hard NRG anthems as well.

There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

Not ANOTHER Backstreet Boys fan

As for the iPod, I've tried it once and found it incredibly hard to put the helmet on whilst keeping the headphones in properly.

When I finally got it together, wind noise cancelled out half of the song anyway whilst distracting me at the same time - won't be doing that again in a hurry because I think it just stressed me out. In fact, I think I herniated myself. In the solar plexus.
Listening to you is like being bukkaked with stupid.

Oh and I don't have an ipod. I had a mini disk I used for the trips to P.I. It was full of NOFX songs....

You want to hear a trashed "Don't fear the Reaper..?"

Try Oingo Boingo, HIM, Elliot Smith .... they trashed it...
