hmm its a tricky one...cos lets face it, u still need to lean over , and thats when u need grip the most..and if its bald on the sides....id prob use it for a long trip with no turns (highways) but other than that...id prob change it...

Sounds like someone needs to book in for a new tyre and then practice some burnouts on the way there.
he's gettin a new front....
unless he's got one of those Rare front wheel drive bikes, he must be bloody good!!

The question is how would insurance company view this?
Only ya insurers word counts, so ask them instead.

Andy your a "DEDSET Legend" now cut your front break usage when your riding the weekend twisties & wear it out all over like the big boys. Shinkos aren't Dirt cheap. Mick is dirt cheap  the Shinkos are just cheaper then the other sticky sports tyres. But you cant get the 003 in a 17/180 champ sorry. But an 003 front 120/70/17 will work a treat with an 012SS or Pilot Race rear 180/60or55/17.
Cheers Brett
BTW Below the wear markers & your uninsured if they want to be barstages about it.
