Ide like to see the pics when its all done.
With good front suspension you will probably find the rear inadequate now. :roll:

Update: got the Zed 1000 parts today & have the engineer lined up to CNC the bottom clamps to fit the new forks.
The tripple trees & bottom yoke are the only parts from the Zed1000 needed for the upgrade

yes & no Gos the top race is sitting on the bottom race but these will not be used a new set are on order..... these ones have been sitting around a while & have surface rust.

Update:
Have shocks, calipers, Guard & triple tree!
Will have the wheel spacers next week & have double checked the bottom yoke that will get CNC'd next week from 52mm to 54mm to fit the gixxer 1000 forks. I will start the the conversion once I have all the parts ready so not long now! :D :D :D

As shown below the conversion has started, I should be ready to start fitting the new front end in the next few days just waiting for the CNC of the bottom triple tree before fitting.

and who is doing the machining, I have some swingarm pivot adjusters I need modifying.

Dave ...it took some searching for the triple trees (QLD) but the forks, calipers & guard from metro,s at silverwater.
The the CNC machining is being done by an engineer in our complex. & the spacers by a mate that's an engineer but doesnt have CNC
