I think most after market protectors for the 7's go through the top engine mounts. Mine did. I got a cheap set off ebay and fitted them to my bike. It came with longer bolts that replaced the factory ones.
I plan on living forever..............so far so good!!

yeah, sussed that and decided that i didnt fancy doing a diy through that.
so ive made some out of old skateboard wheels and bolted them through the top fairing mount.
i know they wont be much use out on the rd, but more for if i drop it in the man cave again like i did the other week :(
cheers for the reply

I've heard that these bungs can twist the frame when crashed on its side. There was a you tuber who had an experience with this and thought to mention it in another of his videos.
I think they would be great for those clumsy garage/mancave moments. I know what that is like... Not engaging the side stand properly.. bloody idiot   Not my current bike, happened on my previous b1 bike.

Yeah. I read that too.
But it's exactly that. The clumsy moments. I can't face the shame of doing it again with something there haha
Look ok too.
Going to a show tonight so will put some photos up on my bike thread
Cheers
