End of an era...

Postby laidback » Sun Jan 11, 2015 8:26 pm

My last 9 has just rolled out the driveway. :(

Gone from having 4 to none. I'm really sad to see it go but I would much sooner have someone riding it than have it stowed in the shed. :kuda:

Yep in the near future my road zx9 bike will be gone, also considering selling the track bike complete with a spare zx9 for parts and getting something a little more modern for the track. So in theory there will be the H2 and the z900 for the road and a yet to be decided bike for the track. ;) I will then start selling the bits,i have 2 complete sets of plastics for 02 zx9s that will be sold once all the zx*9s have left the building. One set is immaculate in Origina lkawasaki candy gold, the other is also gold but with stonechips but intact .

The H2 will make 2 appearance's on the track only, once at broadford and once at the Island :P The Pursuit has already done a day at sandown ,tyres really didn't like it and super charger was distinctly louder when the day was done.Hopefully it just settled in and I didn't break anything  .As for normal trackbike I will probably just buy a road bike and ride it to the track and if it gets smashed so be it.The cost of doing my driveway so the pursuit can tow a trailer without badly scrapping is 7,000 so ride to the track is looking attractive. So there maybe a good custom bike trailer for sale soon .
