what did they teach?
Sorry..didn't answer this one..first part of the day was mostly controlling the bike through counter steering and braking and the afternoon was mostly cornering..position in the turn and exit,speed and gear decision, vision.

What was the course and what did they teach
Stay Upright advanced course.. I've booked a place in june for the californian superbike school aswell..can't wait. :D

Mate, have you thought about throwing your pennies into some suspension..might pay dividends, a nice ride can make all the difference

I actually took my bike to teknik(suspension place) to get them lowered coz i'm a dwarf, i enquired about better suspension and they told me unless i want to ...

Honestly dude the brakes on your R1 are about as good as it gets. Brembo's are for race god's

Just joined and excited to be here. I'm from the blacktown area and have been riding for awhile now. I've owned cbr 250's to aprilia's, harley sportsters and now I have the 2009 r1. Looking forward to meeting some of you guys on ride days.
