what did they teach?

Sorry..didn't answer this one..first part of the day was mostly controlling the bike through counter steering and braking and the afternoon was mostly cornering..position in the turn and exit,speed and gear decision, vision.

What was the course and what did they teach

Stay Upright advanced course.. I've booked a place in june for the californian superbike school aswell..can't wait.

Honestly dude the brakes on your R1 are about as good as it gets. Brembo's are for race god's
