cheers bro, i went to the bank today they want to look at it more tomorrow they reckon they should be able to help me out and they have heard alot about ymf/amf, so fingers crossed they will be able to do something. thanks again everyone for all your information and help.

some really good advice i will be going to the bank monday to see what they can do for me.
i dont want to go bankrupt. that shit is nasty. i reckon i should be able to get a refinance if i am alrready pay 500 a month on it.

You should be able to sell the bike encumbered - basically the buyer pays you the asking cost less the outstanding finance amount and is then responsible for clearing the debt with the financier.
