This is the underside of my top triple.First a got the die grinder out and remover the webbing to make a nice flat surface then cut and shaped some 10mm alloy plate to fit the void then did the same with some 3mm plate so that i had a uniform thickness all the way across the triple.I then used ...

Hey Dutchy you can hook up the fuel gauge on the acewell to the temp sender in the thermostat housing so that cold is empty and hot will show full

the tar is left on the portion of the tyre you haven't used! which means that after the stuff was deposited you didn't use that part of the tyre.

I suspect the small puncture marks and tar was left by exposed rocks on the road surface which hasn't been cleaned by use...ie lean angle.

I have a yellow clutch line on my zxr that supplied from HEL so im sure that they would make something for yours. I don't think a single line would be that expensive even if it's a break line off something else just give them the length that you need. Have you tried contacting HEL directly most ...

Just goes to show were society is going, no one want to put there hand up when they fuckup. Dam shame about the bike Jed are you able to replace the light only or do you have to replace the whole unit?
