ZX10R racebike magazine

Or mook, as the Japanese call it. Hot off the presses, just printed in Japan. Mainly covers the 11+, but some references to earlier models also. I bought mine from Amazon Japan at this link:

Re: I.D. a Z1000 I just bought

Hi Greenman I have this bike now. I think the mk2 crank has been replaced with older crank as mk2 alternator is different style rotor. To confirm this theory I need to measure a Mk2 crank taper to check size of small end of taper. Enjoying the build.

Hi mate, great to hear it's gone to a good ...

Re: GPZ1000

Nice ! Much better engine apparently than the RX, albeit downdraft head so really only suitable for that bike I think.

Re: GPZ1000

The price is right, Richard ! If nothing else, remove the engine and sell it to a Gpz9 owner, its known as a simple upgrade.

I used to love these things, they were an awesome looking thing back in the day.

Btw, apologies dir not getting back to you on the tester - I tried way back, but for some ...

Fingers crossed for you - let us know how you get on. They're great, reliable bikes, so if you need any info on them let me know (or just pipe up in here: plenty of people with ZXR knowledge around).

Re: 1995 ZXR750

An excellent choice ! I had one of these from new, loved the colour scheme and often wished I could cheaply replicate it on the racebike. Best of luck with your search.

Re: What's your bike??? (details and small pic )

I have an 09 ZX6R for road and occasional track use, and an 07 ZX10R which is track-only. There's also 93 ZXR750 and 89 GPZ900 project bikes in various states.

Re: Show Off Your Helmets Here People

I'm a bit of a collector, either keeping my old helmets or buying used ones cheap to throw on display. Excuse the crap photos, just some quick shots on the phone tonight.

Just bought a new Arai Nakasuga 1 this week, patiently waiting for it to arrive.

Re: ZXR750J swingarm

Center section on the L-M is cast, on the J-K it's fabricated from plate. Not 100% sure on the linkage mounting point, but believe it's in the same spot.

Re: ZXR750 91-94 tank

To be honest I don't know. I thought the frame mounting was a different shape, but I could well be wrong - it's not something i ever tried to fit.
