I know where there's a quite a few cheap air receivers ;) ,
If you're going to be paint spraying or using the rattle gun for any length of time, the bigger tank helps maintain pressure more evenly to the gun

Could be fuel starvation but I would be hazarding a guess at valve clearances

i use this one and its great - has a plug you can attach somewhere under your fairing so you dont have to remove the seat when you want to plug into the charger

Many moons ago, we used to use old engine oil as "flux" to stop oxidisation when soldering Aluminium ;)

Probably a lot cheaper to have bought a "helicoil" kit ?

Your paint is a 2 stage paint and therefore also requires a specific base paint, Candys for example, rely on a really shiny metallic base paint to provide the metallic content. Non-candys that require a base paint are very transparent and hence need the basepaint to create the depth of colour.

I bought a cheap red plastic clock from the $2 shop, sprayed it chrome and used a pic of my own bike (printed on the A3 laser at work)
