Just wondering if it was someone on here? They were two up as I was, but the girl and I both had kids to get from school and were running late so had to pass and be rather ...

Re: canopy question
I've got a ARB canopy on my Hilux, slider on one side and lift on the other, but sliding both sides is an option. It was on it when I bought it, but I've never had an issue with it.

Re: Winter Gloves???
Go the heated grips Mitch.
I used to commute from Kurrajong Heights to Parramatta leaving at 4.30 am and in winter I could hit -2 deg going through Richmond. I tried all manner of glove combinations, even thermal under the winter gloves (same as your gloves btw) and wet weather over gloves on top ...

Only got it playing on my computer, can't get it on my iPad. Forces you to use the app, but being out of UK you can't get the app, even switching to UK App Store it ...

Update on the itv4 player. Won't let you watch if you're not in the UK. I'm sorting out a VPN do I can watch it. I'll update if I have success.

ZX10 gearing for the Creek
Hi guys,
I've done one track day on the bike and I found it was geared a little high. Standard seems to be 17/40. Mine is 16/39. So strangely someone's gone down one on both.
What do others run out there?
I'm short shifting into 6th on the straight and out back I'm running third gear from T3 ...

Re: Streaming IoM TT 2015
I'm on a UK bike forum and I've been told its on ITV4 which has a web based player and an app. The app looks pretty crap and reviews aren't kind to it, but I was going to give the web player a try.
Heres the schedule. all dates and times are in UK time zone.

Re: New Track Weapon
And you'll probably still beat me riding your old Gumby around the Creek :)
Did you end up getting the rear end sorted?
Yeah I did Glen, I did all the bearings in the swingarm while I had it out. The sleeve had to go on back order from Kawasaki so I only just managed to get it all back together ...

Re: ZX10R swingarm castle nut tool
Keith at Victorian Motorcycle Wreckers is good. He got the engine mount I needed. I got the triple out of the US really cheap too. Good luck with it, I thought I'd sorted all the dodgey bits, but it's a good bike. It's certainly been well used

Re: ZX10R swingarm castle nut tool
It's a bit scary to think we (by the sounds of it you as well Glen) were doing the speeds we were with no bush in the swingarm! What about when you got the Suspension done Glen, Would they not have had it apart then?

The old cahns right :P It's just a big socket. I've got one in my tool kit from when I had the beast, can't remember the exact size though, just measure it and grab one from Bunnings

Just use a big socket Paul? ... With a torque wrench!
You still need to email me your account details too
I do too! Thanks for the reminder Paul, I'm out at work atthe mo' on nights, so have been just researching the swingarm removal. Got the impression I'd need the specialist tool, but seems it ...

ZX10R swingarm castle nut tool
Does anyone know a good place to get one of these from? I've done an extensive google search and can only find very expensive postage req'd items from UK or US. If I have no luck I have the dimensions and it may be cheaper just to get one machined up..
