I have a set of Heli bars to fit the 04 05 ZX10R

Sorry to hear aint been on here for a while now ... It was the Cam Position Sensor in the end that needed to be replaced

Brought a set of Noid lights & tested to see if there is any power going to the fuel injectors & No there is no power going to them & all fuses are good .. There is power going to the coils .. Never had it apart recently & done around 1,500km since it was apart just to clean air filter & give it an ...

Fuel pump seems to be ok as it primes well & must be pumping very well seems after a few attempts at starting the bike it gets lots of fuel build up in the fuel line & when disconnecting fuel line there is heaps of fuel pressure in the line & it squirts out all over me & the bike :lol:

One morning I got the 04 ZX10R out of the garage to head off to work & hit the start button & it started for only like 5 seconds .. Hit the start button again then it would not start again so got the 08 ZX10R out to get to work , After work I tried a few times to start the 04 but no it still would ...

The 04 05 ZX10R forks have a smaller axle on the front wheel than the 06 07 ZX10R

That looks awesome; very similar to a mates in the UK. He had the Racefit pipe too and it does sound class barking away!
Love the sound of the Racefit with a deep note & when you give it heaps it sounds like a GP bike for sure :P

Brought an 08 model about a year ago to go with my 04 but just hate that its Orange & not Green like all Kawasaki's should be :(

Wont be Orange much longer now that I have brought some used fairings & tank to go on it soon :twisted:
