I'm baaack!

G'day folks, been absent from here for quite a while but as it looks like I'm coming back to the dark side I better do the right thing and reintroduce myself, so names Lou, 58 y.o., been riding road bikes and licenced since 1974, sold off my last kwaka a few years back and bought a BMW K1300R, now ...

Re: New bike!

They are absolutely awesome to ride, test ride sold me, huge torque and amazing brakes coupled with superb handling and comfort, been thinking about it for a while, the back needs something with a bit more comfort now so when they offered me a deal too good to resist I didn't  Brand new 2012 ...

New bike!

I've done a bad thing, this morning I walked in and handed over a bank cheque for a new bike, the ZX6R and ZR7 stay in the stable but I've just bought one of these!

Just a biker!

Just a Biker

I saw you hug your purse closer to you in the grocery store line. But you didn't see me put an extra $10.00 in the collection plate last Sunday.

I saw you pull your child closer when we passed each other on the sidewalk. But you didn't see me playing Santa at the local Mall.

I saw ...

Re: Operating temperature range for z750

Seem to be quite accurate or at least very consistent, we did a little run down the track the other weekend, three kwaks a 2010 ZX6R, a 2012 Z1000 and a 2012 ZX14R, got caught at some roadworks and we all had pulled up side by side and noticed that all three fans kicked in almost simultaneously, the ...

Re: 2 BROS CF PIPE

I have a Two Brothers CF can on a 2010 ZX6R, have had NO issues with quality or needing to repack, initially made very little difference to performance but after I fitted a link pipe up and got rid of that horrendously ugly and heavy cat box noticed a big improvement in mid range power, a lot louder ...

Re: Operating temperature range for z750

On my ZX6R and remember I ride in a hell of a lot hotter conditions that most of you lot the fan cuts in at 102 and cuts back out at 98, round town fan is cutting in and out all the time, clear run on the highway she rarely gets above 85 though :D So I'd reckon yours is spot on!

Re: Hi just wandering with a quick shift zx10r 12

Go the HM, mate up here fitted a HM to his 12 ZX10R track bike, reckons he's doing a second and a half quicker on Hidden Valley, he looked at the Annitori but didn't like it's non adjustability.
