Whenever I receive a courteous gesture by another roaduser, I will always reciprocate with a very friendly wave. Do something stupid and I will give you the head shake of shame and swear at you as loud as I can!!!!

These are the things that I can see. They also did the shims 24000km service. Surely they couldn't have buggered anything else up.

I just wish that they showed the same care and attention as I do for my bike. After all, they did receive $700 for a major service and battery. I didn't even consider ...

The mystery of what's in the battery box has been solved!!

The jump starting cable had not been tucked under the battery cover and tucked into the battery tray on the right side of the bike. Instead it was jammed in the back of the battery box and no doubt the battery box would have been forced ...

Thanks Paddo, that's what I suspected. Will have to pull it out now and see what has been put in wrong.

So you haven't had a chance to test it yet?? Rerouting and checking connectors, etc hasn't helped??

Broken ram air cover....check
Seat bolt spinning....check
Headlight issues.....check
Drongo mechanics......check

You'd have a bit more toe over mine with the exhaust though.

I'm just a little concerned, as the same mechanic that routed my left switch wiring wrong also replaced the battery. I don't know how it all went together so I think I will be checking this as well. Thanks

Last fill I had done 193km. Only put in 12.2litres. All highway riding.

I reckon it is too!!
