Gloves are they illegal not to wear them

I think you're an idiot if you don't wear it but it shouldn't be legislated... and that's helmet included.

When I was living is SA back in 1989 you were allowed to ride a motorcycle without a helmet under 25kmph I think, it was a nice feeling but I reckon even at that speed ya could still get a serious head injury. I suppose it went in line with bicyles at the time doing simular speeds, this was all pre helmet laws for bicycles.

I always wear gloves and just leave them sitting on the speedo at home so they have to go on before I can turn the key.

in summer you get sunburn and in winter you get cold hands so you may as well wear them.

yea i like the use of my hands..there really handy for rolling smokes, wiping my ass, and feeling my gf's boobs....
i think ill keep wearing my gloves...
