Mick has a service manual - I've got a Haynes coming in the mail, and Colette&Steve have one too. I bought mine off the repairmanuals.com site I mentioned in the Manuals thread - cost $AU40 including postage.
The double bubble is definitely worth it - looks shmick and does the job. The sports touring screen may have done a better job than the dubble bubble, but wouldn't have looked as good

I have both the Kwakka manuals, the main and the supplement. Give me a yell if you need anything. I'm thinking of getting the binding professionally sliced off, holes drilled, and keeping them in a folder. This'll also make it easier to scan.
I also run the 55/100W bulb, I need it out here to get the drop on the roos and foxes.

I've got a 55/100 in the 250 now and I like it... looks like it's another immediate upgrade for the 600 when I get my hands on it!

55/100 so you say? hmm was it unbelievably difficult to change on the zzr (did it require fairing removal), or could you do the bend the wrists at unnatural angles to fit it in?
i'd like to get a brighter globe cause i do a fair bit of night riding in these here country parts...
where did ya get it from? an auto house like super cheap?

The standard bulb is 60/55W. IMHO this is too weak for country
riding. I've been using a Narva H4 12V 100/55W bulb (Part #48911BL)
since I picked up the bike 18 months ago with no problems.
Don't buy el-cheapo bulbs from Supa Cheap, they're shite.![]()
Spend a few extra bucks and buy Hella or Narva.
