Morning All,

New member from Perth. Riding a ZZR1200 located in the Eastern Hills region and always keen to head out for a ride. Can shadow both classes when suitable.

Thanks for the welcome. Always good to to talk riders that have similar machines for familiar issues. To much crap on the other social media!

Good! Another ZZR1200 rider in Perth.
I'm doing a "not in a hurry" top-end rebuild on mine, after a mostly flawless 130000+ km.

Hi Bill, been a while since we have crossed paths. I have seen your rebuild thread and thinking you have taken on a good challenge with that project.

I haven't seen any ZZR1200 in Perth(besides yours), I think there is one in Albany.

I remember, you had the younger ones with you at the time on a ride to Dwellingup.

How's that exhaust mod of yours?
What did it cost you to swap out that bit of pipe with the restriction, for the unrestricted bit?

I had a local guy in Maddington cut and paste this section. Two Hundred $, did need a little massaging to refit around the sump. Nice tone from the single system.
