HAHA Nah sillywilly did all the recovering I was laying back in an ambo enjoying morphine and a green whistle that turned into a unicorn about half way to the hospital.

Almost possum. I see a back specialist next week hopefully I can take this bloody body brace off. Then its back to being a human again.
Was shopping last week for a new bike :kuda:

I hope you strengthen the muscles in your back. Swimming was good for me. Helps with everything.

I can't seem to settle between the RSV4 and the R1. Thinking it'll be the RSV4 though. Always wanted one so now's my chance I suppose

Yeah physio can't wait to get started. Couldn't wipe the smile from her face when she found out how long I was in the brace and how much work will need to be done when I get out of it.
