So I started stripping the bike down in May 2012. Long story short, it ended up at a mates place and I got it back in bits a few weeks ago.
I have a Haynes manual but it doesn't seem to help, so is everything in the picture in its correct place?

Nothing is standing out as completely out of place. As long as the airbox goes on without fouling I'd say ur good to go.

Looks ok from here, with the exception of the ram air tubes a little to far over the motor. I can PM you some pictures out of the Kawasaki manual if you think that may help?

Get rid of the KLEEN stuff.

Does getting rid of the Kleen stuff do much? Been thinking about that for my one? You mean buying the blanking plates for top of the rocker covers and removing the plumbing??

Doesn't add any hp but reduces the backfire and popping on decel and makes it easier to tune air fuel ratios.
You don't need block off plates, just put a connector or a hose between the outlets in the plates in there and block the hole in the air box..

That'd be great thank you. I think I've got the tubes in backwards.
I'm off to bunnings to get some 16mm copper tubing to connect the kleen tunes together.

Isn't that the one that goes into air intakes in the front fairing.?
If so it pressurizes the float bowl

Looks like the line to the radiator.

goes to the radiator. Think that its the one that connects just below the radiator cap.

Ok next question. The thing in the photo. It's meant to go on the rear engine bolt above where the sprocket is. Does it serve a purpose? Because it's a caaaarnt to fit
