I'm a lot better Glen, thanks. I went out riding with two mates at Ourimbah, we decided to head home, I was leading out of the reserve on a fire trail, had a freakish fall right on my shoulder at about 70-80km/h , it was a big one.

Thanks Tim & rooster, things happen, the shock is when it happens to you, but it's simply amazing how resilient we all are underneath.
I'm a headstrong, single minded stubborn bastard who recovers faster than most due to this attitude.
It's a race in itself created by myself or the return date of Joy's
