Thanks ,I remember now that it leans out on dyno's from what I have seen in vids.

Haha , mine still gets a loud crack every now and then with it all gone on a high/medium rpm back off :? must be the short pipe ,well that's what I am hoping :lol:

Yeah, on the dyno the extra air messes with the CO reading for tuning rich/lean.

That extra diaphragm takes the system out at idle (I think) cant remember exactly why.

The drilling tends to go down next to the plug tube - see here on the ZZR: (Ignore arrows)

the hole with the rubber seal off the plug tube seal with the dowell in it. From what I remember of my ZZR600, the hole was only a few mm in diameter down at the port end.

Sure makes a racket when the hoses are pulled from the stock reed covers.The miss is now gone changed the plugs this arvo removed vac pump will do crancase ventilation tomorrow will also add 4 long vac hoses with block offs for equalising the boddies . Must be easier than tryin to reach under pulling caps and hoses and fitting the gauges . Just pull the plugs on the new hoses and connect the gauges to them .I dont think the added weight is going to slow the bike down too much and something to help make service that much easier :)
