did you measure this with the piston actually out of the caliper, or just the face of the piston that you can see when its still in the caliper ?

mine were badly pitted and i just polished them and they sealed

depends on how deep it is i guess
good luck with it

there a hard bike to find parts for but worth it
also call "RB Imports" in NSW they may be able to help you

they mainly deal with race bikes but have alot of contacts for imported bikes

try checking the part number for your rear caliper on
this siteyou should find all the relevant part numbers for the piston and seals etc as well. Copy & paste these part numbers into google - you should find a heap of links come up with these part numbers, but they could be from different model kawasakis. This is how you can possibly locate a suitable donor model bike which runs the same rear caliper as yours.....its a long shot but worth trying.
grey imports are a nightmare, they are often a domestic Jap model only and parts can only be sourced within Japan for these. This is one of the reasons that aussie importers for aussie models, refuse to deal with requests for parts for these bikes. Its a nightmare. Good luck with the search though

pretty sure his rear caliper is a single-spotter, not a twin ?

So that one is the same caliper/brake setup? You can find the same part number/s elsewhere for less more than likely, I have never bought anything from Motosport but I like the layout of the website & looking up part numbers is easy

A small (priority mail) flat rate box costs $23.95>
http://ircalc.usps.com/MailServices.asp ... &o=1&mt=13Email some Kawasaki dealerships (& mention the small flat rate box so they know you know the actual shipping cost) all around & see what they come up with? There is a few on ebay that will get parts in too
I have dealt with
http://www.cyclecitymaui.com/ A few times, Good prices & service, Also known as big-gs-bike-barn on Ebay
I have won items on ebay then ordered in extra parts & they combined it all in a small flat rate box
